How long does it take for my order to ship?
Standard shipping typically takes 3-5 business days. Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a tracking number via email to follow its journey.
Are Nails.INC products vegan and cruelty-free?
Yes, we are proud to be a 100% cruelty-free brand. The vast majority of our range is also 100% vegan, including our best-selling Plant Power collection.
What is your return policy?
We offer a 30-day return policy for unused and unopened products in their original packaging. Please contact our customer service team to initiate a return request.
How can I prevent my polish from chipping?
For a long-lasting manicure, always start with a base coat, apply two thin layers of color, and finish with one of our high-shine top coats. Be sure to seal the edge of the nail.
Do you ship internationally?
Currently, we ship to the UK, USA, and select European countries. Please check our shipping page for a full list of available destinations and rates.
Are your nail polishes 'Free-From' harmful chemicals?
Absolutely. Our formulations are '21-free', meaning they are made without formaldehyde, acetone, parabens, and other common harmful chemicals found in traditional polish.
