We want you to love your Nails.INC products, but if you are not completely satisfied, you can return your items within 30 days of purchase for a full refund. Please ensure all products are unused and remain in their original packaging to qualify for a return.
Initiate Your Return
Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.
Package Your Items
Securely pack your unused products in their original box, ensuring all caps are tightened and protective materials are included.
Print and Attach Label
Download your prepaid shipping label from the portal, print it out, and fix it clearly to the outside of your return parcel.
Drop Off and Track
Take your package to the nearest authorized drop-off location and keep your tracking receipt until your refund is processed.
